Theo Epstein is now the President Of Baseball Operations for the Chicago Cubs. It's the beginning of a new era on the North Side of Chicago. In the weeks and months to come, Theo will leave his mark on the Cubs, including new front office personnel and hopefully, a new manager. I can only hope that he considers Ryne Sandberg in that position.
