How the DebbieRyo♥ Monogatari began...
I've been asked by a few friends about how I came to know Ryo-chan. So, here is the story...
It all started three years ago, when I was busy with senior year of high school. I was playing varsity tennis, so when I came home, I usually was exhausted and went straight to take a nap. Sometimes I would stay up to watch Teru Teru Kazoku because I liked the lead actress, Satomi-chan. (.^_^.)
One evening, when I came home from tennis practice, I was going to go take a shower, but my mom was like, "Debbie, Teru Teru Kazoku is on." And I replied, "Did I miss much from last time I watched?" She responded, "The osananajimi (childhood friend) came back and he wants to be a baker." I glanced at the TV, I knew the osananjimi was a guy, then I saw...
I stared at him in his baker's outfit and I said, "Wow. Kakkoii♥" I immediately liked the guy, even though the character he was playing was pretty dark and quiet. I often dislike dark and quiet people, so my mom thought it was pretty interesting that I fancied this guy.
So, everytime I came back from tennis practice, I tried to watch Teru Teru Kazoku, but tennis matches and tournament started to come up, so I rarely got home in time to watch this "Kakkoii guy♥" Before I knew it, the season came to an end. I still remember the first time I saw the "Kakkoii guy♥" all dressed up like an angel and singing 'Love Me Tender'. I thought it was so adorable. (.♥o♥.)
Months passed after the show ended and I didn't see him on TV anymore. And on top of that, I never found out what this guy's name was. The end... Or was it?
On Sundays, late a night, The Shounen Club would come on, and I would watch it sometimes to watch KAT-TUN. Unfortunately, since it was really late at night and I had school the next morning, I would often skip it.
However, one Sunday night, my mom asked, "Are you going to watch Shounen Club tonight? It's coming on right now. " I had a test the next morning so I said that I was going straight to bed, after I take a shower.
I finished my shower and I got into bed, but then, I heard my mom yell in excitement, "Debbie! Come here! Your "Suki na hito" is on!" I immediately sat up and was like, "What? "Suki na hito?" The only person she could be referring to was the "Kakkoii guy"... No it can't be." I quickly ran to where my mom was and there he was...
The Kakkoii guy♥
I read that he was in a group called Kanjani8 and they said they were going to sing their new song, 'Naniwa Iroha Bushi'. I stared in awe as I watched him dance♥ And then... I heard him sing his solo part♥ Very sexy♥ At that moment, all they years that I liked Takizawa Hideaki went out the door. This guy was INCREDIBLY GORGEOUS♥
Unfortunately, since I was staring at him, I completely forgot to read his name. HA HA HA So, I watched every Shounen Club episode after that, hoping he would come on again. After a few weeks, I was finally able to find out that he was Nishikido Ryo♥ He seemed like a really confident guy and he had a very sharp tongue, but I found him hilarious. My mom and sister looked at me in surprise, "Debbie, you like this guy? He is mean!" My reply, "No he isn't , he is probably the nicest guy underneath♥"
The day that NEWS sang 'Cherish' for the first time on Shounen Club (← It's the episode Kame-chan produced. Theme: 「どきどき」 Doki doki♥), I somehow knew that it marked the beginning of something wonderful♥

Edit: I became Ryo-chan's fan about 3 years ago, but he seems really familiar... Like deja vu. In the 16 years I lived in Japan, could I have possbily bumped into him?
