1/ do you beleive that your diet is adequate to meet your nutritional needs.
Believe - and I think I eat to much cheese :)

I think I don't exercise enough and could loose weight and be healthier if i made more effort.

I think I actually have a pretty good diet. Its exercise I need more of.
4/ do you have a diet and/or fitness regime?
Not really - I have food restrictions - like not excessively fatty stuff, not meat, low sugar - but half that is personal preference and half that is arthritis
5/ do you think you need a personal trainer or would you consider employing one?
I have thought about it - money is a factor - plus shame...
6/ where do you prefer to excercise? at a gym, at home, alone, with others, outdoors etc

7/ do you have a reasonable knowlege base of diet and excercise?
I think I have decent clue when it comes to diet - exercise is trickier due to health problems. ie - one day i ride bike then spend the next two nursing a swollen knee...
