Day of the Dead

I had quite a ritual the other night. I am still recovering from it, still picking out the pieces of dead leaves that got stuck in my hair. I brought almost all of the gourds inside. I am going to bake them later this week, I know a tasty recipe I can use them in which involves sage stuffing. I saw the house across the street from where I used to live, in a set of photos of Katrina Kane's devastation, that happened to show up on my lj friends page. Eerie.
