i got "cut" from extremely cool job at a rockclimbing place because there's not enough customers
lately we've been eating a lot of good food at my house which is a mystery
today someone from MECCA ( maine college of art not the one in Saudi Arabia) came to talk to my art class
the thing i hate about people who come to school to talk about college: they all have the same story, they didn't get good grades or they didn't know what they wanted to do in high school so they go to a liberal arts college but they decide they don't like that, so they transfer to the school that they are talking about and they babble about how "cool" and "awarding" and "how they're work's changed sooo much" the college is
-but they all actually trick you into thinking "wow that sounds cool"
- how do these people get into those colleges if their art sucks or their grades are bad? are they impling that we don't need to try at school in order to get accepted to their college? if that were true life would be too easy
mecca actually does sound "fun" but what would i do after?
