New OS Finally!
Whee! I got it installed... a month ago! IT took damn long enough, but I got the Panther into my trusty beige G3.
Also today, Apple announced that for their new Intel-chipped computers they have added a program (with applicable device drivers called) 'Boot Camp' so one can install a new copy of Windows XP onto their Intel-based Duo-Core Macintosh!!!
SO cool, and now I find out that there's another company out there working on a few command modules for the Unix kernel that runs under the Mac OS interface, so that Apple computers will eventually handle Linux as well. How cool is that? 3 OS'es that give virtually unlimited usage of software..
