(no subject)
First I am getting too old for odd hours!
At the party this weekend I didn't want to leave but was tired so thought - take a nap! So I did! Next I get awakened so that I would not be left alone in the dark without knowing. It was 4:30 a.m. so I got up! crazierdiamond and I puttered around the space (she had already cleaned the kitchen) and talked for a little while. Then the magic word - breakfast! Her quick call to Frank's to make sure they open up at 5 a.m. on Sunday's and off to breakfast we went. We had a fabulous talk until about 8 I think! I love girl talks over breakfast and coffee. Now just as informational documentation - if I were wanting a vanilla old single man Frank's is where I would go to pick him up. We were there for about 2.5 hours and we were the only women until a couple pre-church came in!
Sunday I get home and have a pot of coffee about hitting my veins! Okay go......clean kitchen, clean top of desk, dust the entertainment center, do laundry, fold laundry, hang up laundry, go through box of hand-me-downs and fold and re-box the clothes we don't want. Then ahhhh Little A's recliner and movies! Phone call from sweetlagoodgirl and more girl talking and sharing. Sometimes these girl talks are so needed and it had been a long time since I have had one and here I had two! Saints game WHOOT - lunch. Napping after the game. Then more napping after the nap. And more dozing after the naps. Then dinner because little A said she wanted something to eat! Then watching the end of a movie with her and more sleep. Then woke up to be told AGAIN in the same weekend that I was going to be left alone in the dark - just saying! haha So I went upstairs and slept - without the t.v. on!
And just for entertainment sake - Pancho's is coming back to Baton Rouge! And now I get a senior citizens discount officially! My future grandson's mom thought singing at Pancho's is just the best thing - I didn't think so!
