Excited, ecstatic, restless & jubilant..........oh you know....bouncy!
One more day and I will be on my way to SPLF in Dallas. I am very happy about this. I do get anxious about leaving home and responsibilities at home but this is going to be a very nice couple of days. My gen.mgr. at work said it was okay for me to take all of Friday off so any time after 6:30 a.m. I will be ready to hit the road. I want to go home right now and do more packing! Two nights and you would think it was a week by what I want to pack!
I have every intention of seeing so many people there. I sent some notes out to see if people from other areas were going to be there and I am going to find them if I can. Members of my household will be there and I have two play dates with Malik. I am excited because I will also get to see those that I have missed for so long will be around also. I get happy to just visit and wander about without a care in the world.
Then there is coming home after. I know crazierdiamond and reddogla will put up with the event drop and bottom drop I will no doubt suffer while coming home on Sunday. They are such true friends and family when they put up with all my 'stuff'.
Bio-family stuff.......Wedding in 3 weeks. Family EVERY weekend until the 25th of March. From the 14th on family at my house (more or less) until the 25th. This is going to be a stretch for me to not be totally kinked all the time! I got my mom's itinerary day before yesterday and began to cry when I saw she when she was going back home. Then my sister called last night and said that my niece is going to come on the same flight as mom but will have to return home on the 23rd. I am excited that the wedding is this close and sad my baby is getting married and happy it will be over soon and weepy because my friends and family will indeed have to return back to the Pacific NW.
In case I have not mentioned it lately my dad is an asshole. Just saying..............
The down side to this weekend ......... I got a sinus thing going on. I am not worse than yesterday, but I am not better. The sinus headache will not go away, but IT WILL be gone by Friday night!
