If I could I would fire one of the service techs today. He lies, he evades questions, he does not follow instructions, he disappears, he argues, and just an all around idiot! I have felt sorry for him in the past and gave him benefit of the doubt because I have had a son that had learning problems, but I am done. If I can write him up at any time, I am! Today is one, last Friday was another - enough covering his ass. The Gen. Manager just pissed me off when he said "I don't know he isn't working with me" when I asked the g.m. a question. It was a friggin yes or no question....right now the common denominator is me which does give me cause for worry. So I will write up asshat and put it in the file.
