A boom shaka laka laka boom

Well, another weekend nearly over, and it has been much enjoyed by myself and my lovely husband.

Friday went by rather fast at work, which I was thankful for, and when I got home, I had delicious Thanksgiving turkey and stuffing left overs while watching Friday Night Smackdown with the hubs. It was rather entertaining. There wasn't much on after that, and as Phil retired to the back room to play Starcraft, I decided to read for a short while before calling it a night. I started re reading "Ground Zero", an X Files book I read way back in Freshman year of high school. I remember having it with me in Cancun when I went with my parents there for spring break. As they sun bathed, I went to the beach in jeans and a t shirt, and wore a hat under the umbrella with my shades, my virgin Pina Colada, and my lovely book. I hate the sun and I hate hot weather, so Cancun was a very epic fail situation for me. I am very thankful for my parents showing me so many places though. They took me on many lovely trips I of course did not appreciate and did many things for me I took for granted. Thank you mumsy and dadsy for making me a cultured individual.

Anywho, Saturday was the last Saturday of the month, so I had to work. We were open from 11a.m. until 3p.m., and sadly, even up to $9,000 off of a brand new car couldn't get people to come in. We could have closed hours early and I fear no one would have noticed. No one except perhaps the owner as I'm sure she drives by to make sure we don't close early. After that, I came home, changed into my comfy jeans and a tshirt, ate the last of the stuffing, and proceeded to watch tv/movies or play online.

Today I woke up and got right online, and somehow, between livejournal, myspace and facebook, as well as youtube and google, I managed to waste 8 hours away online. This laptop is very addictive. Even when I feel myself getting very hungry, it is hard to pull myself away. I am addicted to my social networks. My name is Andria, and I am a happy addict: )

After many hours of Phil watching Babylon 5 and my online obsession, we watched Feast, and then Land of the Dead. I just love zombies so much. They are so cute in a disgusting and rotting sort of way: )

Now, Phil is playing Soul Caliber 4 on the PS3 while we wait for the Unit to start. Great show! If you haven't seen it yet, give it a watch.

Well, after the Unit, I'm sure I will be heading to bed to either read for a bit or go right to sleep to be fresh for yet another full week or some work and much time trying to look busy. That's a hard thing to do in a dealership right now, I tell you!

Hope you all had a lovely weekend, and I've enjoyed spending time catching up with all of your posts!
