Persona 3Aigis Affiliation: Trainer!
Personality: On the surface--and to those unaware of her other purpose--Aigis seems like nothing more than a pretty (and slightly eccentric) teenager. She is a bit of a curious enigma, highly inquisitive about many topics and bluntly saying things that, perhaps, are outside the "social norm". At the base of everything, however, she tries to be friendly.
The reason for her almost child-like nature is simple: Aigis is... dramatic pause. A robot! This fact is obvious in the beginning of her introduction. She is, at first, extremely mechanical and monotone in the way only a machine can be; analyzing situations and responses, and commenting on her various “functions”. This behaviour later changes, and her personality grows and develops to become almost... human. She comments with emotions and her own instictive thought--rather than with the logistics of her hard-drive and databanks (she “wants” them to stay together, etc). Even before this, however, there are instances where she very much feels emotions that she can't explain; in the beginning, "guilt" and "loyalty" underline the motivations of her character.
Aigis is, both mechanically and emotionally, a driven character. Prior to her development, the reasons for her devotion to Minato are derived from guilt, and her duty from her programming. Later, she fights to protect her friends, solely because it is what she wants to do. In both situations, Aigis has a goal that she will devote herself fully to, and that's what she does; give her a purpose and Aigis will do her best to fulfill it. She is compassionate, loyal, and kind. No matter what, she values her friends first and foremost, and she is protective over those who are close to her (but mostly minato). Bonds are important to her.
As a robot, Aigis is very oblivious to many things that could be considered common sense. She asks many questions in regards to human behaviour, motivations, and perhaps embarrassing personal situations. Given her straightforward and honest nature, she speaks what's on her mind, mainly because one: she's not really sure when to keep things to herself, and two, she's unsure about certain topics and requires clarification. Prior to her development in the game, Aigis was a character based around "logic" and mechanics, but now she's become a character who is trying to come to terms with the more "human" side of her--even if, at times, she can't even understand what she herself is feeling.
Strengths/Weaknesses:
+ Reliable ; Determined : Aigis doesn't easily give up on something. If she is trusted to do something, she will continue going at it.
+ Optimistic. : Though this wasn't as prevalent before, the situations that SEES have gone through has helped her develop a positive outlook on life. She wants to "live", as it is what they were fighting for.
+ Battle : As a robot, Aigis is proficient in strategy and combat. She is fit, agile, and also quite durable--she is made of metal, after all.
+ Strength : Aigis has come to terms with a lot of things, and she's found ground in her emotional status.
+ Empathetic : Through her development, Aigis has come to understand emotions a lot better. To a point, she can connect and offer sympathy in other's situations.
- Naivety : There's lots of things Aigis is unsure of, still. Though she's learned a lot about humans in the time she's been in operation, she hasn't learned everything.
- Guilt : Aigis is prone to feeling guilty about a lot of things.
- Failure : Aigis is, ultimately, completely paralyzed by the concept of failure. She doesn't want to lose--after fighting Nyx, the fact that Minato returned left her in such relief that she started crying. After his death, however, she is left devastated.

Excuse me.
[there's a small fuzz on the other side of the feed, before it clicks on to video. on the other side, there is a curious looking female. the filming is absolutely stationary; she seems quite good with a camera.]
I am unsure to where, exactly, this is... I have not been here long, but... There are already a lot of things I do not understand.
If there is any information available about this place, I would like to hear it. Also, if... Minato-san, if you are here, please respond.
Third Person Sample:
“This… isn’t right.”
And that was all Aigis could say about the situation, really. From what she could gather, there was no feasible explanation for her very presence in this strange place; there was even less explanation for her supposed ‘mother’, who was now in the middle of happily chattering about some sort of ‘Pokémon journey’. Aigis wasn’t following, as she had lost her way midway into the conversation. She was confused, lost, and the woman in front of her was just making those feelings even worse.
“I’m sorry… I believe you are mistaken,” she cut in quietly, unsure what to say in this kind of situation. How was she supposed to tell a mother that someone wasn’t her child? “I’m not…”
Still, the mother kept talking, and proceeded to shove a bag into Aigis’s hands. She had no choice but to take it. After that little exchange, nothing else was said; Aigis was ‘escorted’ (though it was more pushed out, really) of the house faster than she could retort, and the door slammed in front of her face before she could even clear up that understanding.
“… Your daughter,” Aigis finished, looking back down at the bag she had been trusted with.
In the awkward silence that followed being kicked out of her own home, Aigis scanned her surroundings. The fact she wasn’t in Iwatodai anymore was even more evident-the strange little town she found herself in was small, quaint, nothing like the bustling technological area she was used to.
“It’s… nice here,” she commented to herself, taking in the calm air of ‘New Bark Town’, as the sign she managed to read said. Walking around the town gave her nothing else. But it was… pleasant to be in, to say the least, and she enjoyed it. The quiet… It settled her.
Still, there was something missing. She had someone to find, after all-and so, pushing aside all confusion for the moment, she began to search.
“Minato-san!”
