So... this morning I received an email from the admissions office of the University of York. I think they may be offering me a place in the English department. Which, by the way, is rated number 2 in the entire country. To put it in perspective, York is the equivalent of, say, Columbia or Stanford. But yeah, I already kind of sort of agreed to Essex. I'm sure I could back out of it if I really wanted.

Anyway, I hate receiving news like this. It's unsettling. I really don't know what to do right now.

Help? Please?
