You know, I really hadn't thought about Harry's 'capslocking' affecting how Hermione and Ron perceive his ideas. When combined with it turning out that Harry is totally wrong about needing to rescue Sirius AND the fact they both get injured, their disbelief in Harry's ideas about Draco next year make a bit more sense.
