This weekend...
Saturday...to keep it short and sweet, it was just short of a huge cluster fuck.
Sunday...went real well.
Saturday was my family reunion. It was about a 45 minutes or so the other side of Port Huron from my house. Alison was an absolute little shit the whole drive out there. You could tell she was hella tired, but would not fall asleep. By the time we got to where we were going Jason, Katie, and I were completely ready for a break from her. Things at the family reunion went about as well as a family reunion goes. Again throughout the day/afternoon Alison was so tired, would not sleep, and therefore trying to stir as much shit as she could. By the end of the day when we went to leave Alison just rode in the Van with Mom, Dad, Sis, and Kirsten. J, Katie, and I didn't want to do that drive again with her. About 40 minutes into the drive Dad called to tell me Alison finally feel asleep.
Once we were home Katie and Alison went home as I got the trailer ready for Sunday. The damn lights wouldn't work again. Dad, Billy (He lives behind our house), and I were working on the trailer to get all the lights working until about midnight. I just went to bed after we got them working.
Sunday... Thanks for using Bur's towing service, just call us with your emergency towing needs and we will get to you...in 7 to 10 days or so.
Stopped in Northville on my drive out to grab Adam's dead car and dropped it off at his house. This whole second tow was needed because I traded Adam. I would help him move his broken car if he was willing to help me push y Geo up the ramps onto the trailer so I could get it home. Neither car took to long to load, but Adam's was a whole lot easier to load because it would at least start and run for a few minutes.
After the Geo was loaded I took Adam back to his house and just spent the rest of the Day with Katie & Alison (who behaved a lot better yesterday).
