Permission for Albedo if it can get past his psychic defenses, though it may change with regains as he gets back his Testament powers.

If she does do this to him, expect him to be very angry and compare her to his little brother XD

After thinking about it, I believe there is a possibility that her voice would not work on characters that are immortal. This is more headcanon than canon (not ever having had to deal with immortals before), so I'll leave it up to the player. Albedo can be immune if you choose to once he regains immortality.

Additionally, it's more of a knee-jerk reaction than any sort of mind-control. People who hear this Voice will respond simply and immediately out of reflex. I'm not sure what Albedo's psychic defenses are so I'll leave it up to you how it affects him.

He's never been afraid of death anyway, and has canonly referred to it as a release. I don't think anything that feeds into a fear of death would work right on him.

His psychic defenses at this point are just a combination of his mind being so broken his thought's run along almost inhuman lines and having a mental link with his siblings that takes effort to keep from flying wide open and a spending twelve years around a little brother with a hypnotic voice.

I believe it's less the fear of death more than it is that nobody can resist Death when he calls. I'll leave the psychic defenses up to you if I ever have cause to use it on Albedo.
