So getting this on face book before leaving work was not the high note I wanted to start my week on. Oh and lucky me I am coaching tomorrow. yay

I just emailed her back. I had to cool off almost quit for good. This is what I sent her...
You're kinda sticking your head where it doesn't belong. But go ahead and say what you're gonna say it's a free country. I have already talked to XXXXX, without mentioning your name and she backs me 100% on coaching. I also made XXXX aware that I have situation like this but all she knows it someone on our team, you can talk to her if you want she's the skater relations person. I am just going to ignore you for health reasons. I don't need this bullshit from you or anyone else. We're all important to this league and it's operation. So you do your jobs and I will stay off your toes and I will continue to do mine I only ask for the same respect from you. It's only 3 more months.

Anyway. This is something you really enjoy... You've stuck with it for a long time and this is something you are passionate about. I hate the term "constructive criticism". It's an out.
