I figure if I post my goals I am more likely to stick to them. I want to lose 38 pounds before coachella. That works out to about 5.25 pounds a week. I think it is doable if I add 3-4 hours of cardio to my exstensive Yoga/Power yoga practices. I do an hour of yoga at least 5 times a week. Not lilly ass yoga either, I would say I am at least
