Drummer wanted
Adam's Evil seeks drummer
Hi we're looking for a drummer. We would like to find someone that can add depth to our music and change it up a bit. Possibly a jazz/rock drummer that knows different styles of music.ie: knowing when to stop and let the music breathe and the art of accenting without thrashing too much. The only band I know that explains this technique well is the Yeah Yeah Yeah's. We have no specific label for our music but it is best described as alternative or grunge with a hint of Goth post/punk.
As a drummer you would have the chance of writing new drum parts to all 12 songs. So writing is important to the process, as is the desire to join a band that wants you as a friend and band mate.
Requirements
Age is not important but we would prefer someone that can relate to us and the music. 25-31? This is open and we won't card you.
Gear and transportation is a given.
Practice twice a week one weeknight, one weekend.
Ability to play with click track is a bonus especially for recording.
