[Ururu] Kisuke-san's emoing. ;_; Should I be emoing too?

Ururu sat on a swing in the park, staring listlessly at nothing. ( She'd had an awful dream about Tessai. ;_; )

[Kuukaku] NEVER EMO, IT SUCKS. starswing December 7 2006, 06:12:27 UTC
The shinigami were a confusing bunch, and Kuukaku (as friendly with many of them as she was) wasn't feeling like getting involved with their current problem. If they needed her, she'd help out, but for now, it was better that she simply stay out of their way.

Catching sight of the little girl plunked quietly on the swing, Kuukaku managed a grin. Well, Ururu certainly wasn't a shinigami, nor was she an arrancar, so she shouldn't have a problem here!

She stepped closer, still silent until she had stopped right behind the pigtailed child. Then, with a flash of mischief lurking in her eyes, she pushed on Ururu's back with enough strength to give the swing a good-sized boost into the air.

"What's wrong? Kids like you should be laughing and being annoying?"

OOC: Ururu swing auto granted by Katie!

[Ururu] But it pays so well! esotaria December 10 2006, 21:47:14 UTC
Ururu yelped as hands suddenly sent her flying into the air, her pigtails slapping into her face and obscuring her view. She didn't need her eyes to know who had given her the sudden push. "Kuukaku-san!" she exclaimed, her voice happy but a little trembling from surprise. How had she not sensed her reiatsu before? Had she really been that lost in her thoughts?

Aaah, but that didn't matter! Kuukaku had asked her a question, and it would be rude not to answer it. "I'm fine!" she said quickly as her swing came back down. "It's nothing!" She didn't want to bother the older woman with her silly little worries. Whatever was wrong, it was a shinigami matter. Urahara would tell her if she needed to worry about it. Until he said something, there was no reason for her to be bothered.

[Kuukaku] And then you spend all of that money on Kleenex >.> starswing December 14 2006, 18:24:31 UTC
"If it was 'nothing', you'd think you'd be happier," Kuukaku retorted lightly, planting her hand on her hip and surveying the child with unreadable blue eyes. Not that Ururu had ever looked as gleeful and ecstatic as most children of her age would, nor had she been particularly loud and lively... unlike Jinta. Having raised her little brother from a loud-mouthed little shit to someone who was STILL a loud-mouthed little shit (but at least not in front of her), Kuukaku was accustomed to dealing with annoying kids.

This particular kid, however, was far from annoying, which meant a different approach would have to be taken. The gentle approach. The MOTHERING approach.

'Well, shit.'

"You can tell me what's bugging you, I promise. Did that bastard Urahara do something idiotic again?"
