Man, this class is soo freggin' long. Thank the lord I only have to come in one time. I can't believe I'm taking three online courses. ...I really need to get a laptop. ...pc card fees are ridiculous... and I get a discount because I work at Verizon Wireless. Fucking gay man. $40 a month plus a hundred and some odd dollars for the card. I mean $20 off isn't bad, but usually we get 55% off plans. :/ Bleh... I'll have to figure out another way to go online since work blocks everything off. Damn, I really hate working there. People always complain about the stupidest shit... that they do. They yell at me like its my fucking fault they paid their wireless phone bill on their landline. Like hello, why don't you read that damn bill you're getting. People are stupid. Like really, really. I love technology. I absolutely love it. I'm down for gadgets. To me its common sense. Some people don't understand basic shit like voicemail or how to add a contact on their cell phone. People are dumb asses. If you don't understand, that's what the user manual is for. People want you to do everything for them because they are fucking lazy. Technology does not make people lazy, they are already lazy to begin with. Man... the idiots I've assisted. Please, all you do me a favor and don't cause stress to Verizon Wireless Customer Service representatives. Just 'cause we are like top 10 in the nation for customer service in all markets, doesn't mean we (ehem I) need to be screamed at because you wet your fucking phone. Bitch, I wasn't there. I didn't say to take it with you in the shower. It's an electric gadget people! You don't throw a phone in water just like you don't throw a blow dryer or a connected toaster oven... although I wish some of my customers would. ...and please, keep your receipts. I can't wait until I'm done with school so I can get a better job. I will never do customer service again... I don't even want to interact with people now. ... aiii.
