Cleaning is NOT satisfying

May 24, 2007 14:44

Pushed myself way too hard today. We need to get the place cleaned up and everything ready to move at the end of the month, and even though I was already in a lot of pain, I couldn't help but to go around and get some stuff done. I'm always in pain, so it seemed sort of hopeless, and I'm just feeling loads of anxiety about getting everything ready.

Sorted through the coat closet, which still had shoes, a bag, and coats from some of the late roomies; threw out trash from three different rooms; gathered up dishes, and.. I don't know, that might've been it. It was the equivalent of cleaning half of a messy room, I suppose. Either way, I ended up in extreme pain (duh) and barely able to walk. Pretty much every joint is suffering, and I think I'm running a small fever. Can't get cooled down properly. Reaction to the pain?

Too much online already. But we lose the laptop and therefore an internet connection tomorrow. There goes our last contact with the outside world. No clue when we'll be back online either, so this may be good-bye for a while.

ehlers-danlos syndrome, cleaning, pain
