Mom's got issues~!
My mom is angry that she is being called into her bosses office every day for something stupid like whering an apron when she got permission. Human resources won't do a thing cause her boss and the human resource chick are friends and my mom has asked to transfer into a diffrent department but the HR chick(Meg) and her boss said no.Apprently her boss asked the Meg to reject my mom's transfer cause she is the best worker he gots. My mom is really sensitive so she cries whensome one upsets her(Boss). (She is so senentive that she can't work with my bro cause he "yelles" at her. Maybe my bro is the reason I'm like a duck and insults are like water. I've got tough skin although I do cry when I get pissed but by then I'm ready to stab people(Fork+punch from bro= bro stabed by fork) ) My mom does her job fast and picks up the slack of the others.1 of the reasons her boss(Bob) doesn't want her to go to another department. And people get pissed at her for doing her job fast(don't blame them she basicly does a job that should have taken all day(8 hours) and finishes in 20min to 2hours).
You know when the boss says give it 100%
My mom actually takes that seriously.
Her boss flatters her to work more and beggs her when she threatens to go to HR.(She is to nice and sensitive)
She is going to talk to the Boss of The Boss of The boss and get it sorted but I told her she should talk to my bro more so she can get some tolerance for being talked/yelled meanly or loadly.Should she do that?
