Hey all. Just taking a quick break from my assignments so I can relay to you my very busy weekend. That and I just don't want to code for a little while.
Friday was alright. Gamed again. Enough said.
Saturday was my aunt Karen's wedding. Luckly, I was prepared with the PSP. My uncle Scott, meanwhile, was also prepared with an extra strength Vikadin. Everything was pretty fancy (once again, totally out of my element). Ended up having a few drinks thanks to Scott, but was alright. Unfortunately, this was totally blown out of porportion and/or misinterpreted.
Though I did find a cool place in the really bad hotel called "The Cave". It was this hotel bar inside, quite literraly, a cave. It was dark, dank, cold, and unwelcoming. Perfect place to hide from the people.
However, it wasn't over yet. After talking to Sara, I get home around 11:30 to see her and her friends waiting to pick me up to take me to Naperville. I haul ass (sober now, but reeking of alchohol. Thanks Scott, once again) to get some stuff and get in the car.
I am taken to her Aunt and Uncle's place for a day of cooking (something I know a little about, but not enough to consider myself proficient on my own without a cookbook). We cook quite a bit of food which leads me to belive there is no such thing as a "simple meal" that I am acustomed to. I also tried out this stragety game, but did not have time to finish it.
All in all, it was a very busy weekend. I got none of my work done (thus why I'm so busy now). Ah well.
So, until next time: courage. And some sleep once I get back home at 11:00....... hopefully.
