Character Name: Deo Bedros Calais (It means "Godlike - Stone - Of Changeful Hue" in Greek.)
Background: Two links, first of all:

http://deathly-snake.livejournal.com/1721.html (PRACTICALLY A COMPLETE HISTORY)
Deo is an OC based off/from the PS2 game, "God of War". He is the half-human, half-gorgon son of Lady Medusa, the Queen of the Gorgon tribe. Hi appearance is that of a 22-yr-old young man, but with snake-like characteristics. And tendencies. And he's kind of bisexual, but he prefers men. The links above have way more info about the game and my OC. Please don't make me type all that over again. O_o
Appearance: I do have art that I need to scan and upload, but my scanner's dead right now. ^^; CLOTHES: Black ripped jacket with ebony wolf-fur trimming, dark green undertunic, black ripped leather pants/leggings, large dark-brown belt, dark boots, a pendant in the shape of an eye, a small mirror from Athena.
LOOKS: Pale frail-looking skin, long black hair (usually tied back), blue-black slitted eyes, long sharp fangs, long black snake-like tongue (can be used from scenting), his hands and wrists are covered with green-black scales, fingers end in long ebony claws, eyes will turn crimson when pissed/wounded/aroused?
Abilities: He has Gorgon blood, so he has stone/earth type magic. His claws and fangs are fierce, and the long tongue usually freaks mortals out. Technically he could be called immortal (he doesn't age and is over 100-yrs-old), but he can only be killed by a direct blow/pierce to the heart and head. Deo-kun loves the taste of human blood, and will seek out 'victims' for a taste. But he hardly ever kills that way. Sometimes.
Strangely enough, he will never harm women or children, and actually shows kindness toward them. To everyone else, he's a bloodthirsty, demonic, son-of-a-bitch. BUT WAIT UNTIL YA GAIN HIS TRUST. WHOLE 'NOTHER PERSONALITY SHIFT THERE. X_x Oh, and he talks in an old-fashioned way.
Items: BUT HIS BODY IS A WEAPON! *spazzes* The eye pendant, the looking-glass/mirror, his clothes...
Third Person Sample: ((It’s from a story that I’m trying to write.)) Deo started sullenly into the small, wooden cup in his scaled hands, his reflection clouded by the strong wine.
“Oooh, don’t go yet, Master Kratos.”
“Yes, we are not done yet, dear sir…”
The Gorgon tightened his grip, almost breaking the dish. He moved away from the ship’s main cabin and tried to ignore the loud sounds of wild pleasure. This really should not bother me, Deo thought angrily. I am of beastly blood! It is not normal to have these feelings of-
He snarled angrily, tossing the remainder of his drink into the harsh waves. “Why him?! Why that mortal barbarian?!” It been so long since something like this had stirred his dark heart.
“You cannot change what has always been, Calais.”
Deo glanced over his shoulder with a start, not expecting the gentle voice. “…I am not in the mood, Goddess.”
“You have felt this way ever since your meeting at the destruction of my temple,” Athena whispered to the winds. “It has kept you loyal to him, has it not?”
“I- I belong to no one! Stop saying such scathing lies!” the half-breed replied hastily, his back turned away from the still statue. When no answer came, he growled. “…Damn it.”
“Are you talking to yourself again?”
Deo froze. He had not heard the other male come up onto the deck. “Your goddamn statue was taunting me again.”
A deep chuckle came from right behind him.
“Oh, now you laugh?” The Gorgon spun around on his heels, crossing his scaly arms over his chest. “Must you always have fun at my expense?”
“Hmph. If you are feeling left out, Deo, why don’t you-“
“No. I am not even going to go near those whores of yours,” he snapped in annoyance. He was a bit unnerved by the silence that followed. “…Kratos?”
The Spartan was gone from the ship’s deck.
Deo Blinked in confusion, again mystified by his companion’s sudden movement. Oh, perfect. I must have offended him with my comment. I shall regret that whenever he “accidentally” lets a monster through his guard. At least I heal quickly.
First Person Sample: Nothing in this world exists in true balance. Light or darkness outweighs the other, and the same goes for chaos and calm.
...That is what I have been taught. When one goes too far, the other must be leveled in a worthless journey for balance.
No matter what the gods think, that will never happen. Bastard children and reformed warriors... All in vain. Even myself.
I wish to be gone from this realm, and yet... Why do I stay? I have been nothing more than a menace and a killer... So why am I still here?
...
Why him?
Preferred Quarters: Not really. Somewhere with a decent taste in deign would be nice~
