Huh? Oh, no, not magic, just papermastery... it's... erm, how do I say it... I can control paper and make it do things like this. But, only with paper, nothing else.

Well, the best way I can describe it is, I love books. So much so that they love me in return. And so, the paper lets me use it like this... and in other ways! To protect myself, or to make useful things!

There are other people like me in my world, and they can control other things too! Like cloth or light...

I had no idea such things were possible without the aid of magic! Incredible!

So it's your love of books that allows you to manipulate paper, and nothing else?

That's correct! A strong connection is really all that is needed between a master and their medium in my world. There are common traits amongst masters but nothing completely proven as being absolutely necessary. I think that a pure love is really the source of it all.

Love really is incredible, isn't it...?

I think so! I feel blessed by it, with my paper mastery and because of all the wonderful friends I've made! None of that would be possible without strong bonds of affection!
