[People passing by the library today will find Yomiko outside the building with her suitcase and a rather strange creation. It's about half her size in height and vaguely resembles a large cat. She's got her hands out in front of her and at her gestures, the creation is walking, jumping and sitting. She is, as always, rather pleased.[[OOC - 2% used

Whoa! What's that, Yomiko?

Oh, hello, Jr.! This is a paper golem! What do you think?

[She waves her hands and the paper cat does a back flip and then bows to him.]

I think it's awesome! That's all made out of paper?

[deathly_origami]

Yes! It's much more difficult then anything I've been practicing before though. Making all of the paper react the way I want it to at the same time is a real test!

Looks to me like you're doing a great job!

Well, this size isn't too bad... any larger and it gets really difficult.

So you can make it do anything you want?

Almost! Since it's more complicated then my other tricks, there are a few more limitations... I have to stay close to it. The further away it moves, the more difficult it is to keep it together. When I make a golem that looks like this, I can always ride on it and that takes care of the area problem, but supporting my own weight with the paper can be straining too... but making it humanoid in shape is fun too! Different shapes mean different capabilities!

You can ride on it?!

That's right!

[To demonstrate, Yomiko hops onto the golem, sitting sidesaddle. The golem steps forwards a few steps, then takes a darting leap, landing a few feet away.]

Whoooaaaa! That's so cool!

[She giggles and hops off.]

[Yomiko gestures for you to take a seat, Jr.: your paper-based chariot awaits.]

Oh god this is so awesome.

[With a cheer, Jr. rushes up to the golem and happily climbs onto it.]

[Yomiko makes the golem walk for a bit so Jr. can get used to its gait... then sends it sprinting, running behind to keep within range of the creature and keep it from falling apart.]
