I am an individual who believes strongly in good customer servicing skills and being able to work as effectively in a team as on my own initiative.
Work History
2006-present day: I am conducting a course in business administration.
2005-2004 AAFES: I was a custodian here and my duties included:
Maintaining a large department store and making sure health and safety guidelines were met also making sure the store was a safe environment for both customers and staff alike.
2004-2003 Travel: I travelled to America and whilst there I did the following:
Volunteered my time by assisting in a tattoo store by manning the reception counter also in various bars checking identifications .I also assisted a photographer with aspects of his work.
2003-1998 AAFES: I was a senior store associate here and my duties included:
Assisting customers with enquiries both face to face and over the telephone, taking items to their cars, also re-stocking shelves, handling cash ,returning back stock to the stock room, general housekeeping. My main area was the garden centre I would though help out in other areas when the need arose.
1998-1995 Waitrose PLC: I was a senior floor walker here my duties included:
Assisting customers with many and varied inquiries, manning a car park kiosk, handling cash, stocking shelves, general housekeeping and maintenance.
I was educated to C.S.E standard and achieved passes in the following: English, Arithmetic, History, Biology, French and Art.
My interests are: photography, the arts, music, technology, bicycle riding and current affairs.
