This has nothing to do with pairing -- it's how the story started and how the story should have ended. Seriously, the anime department... It fell short on all ends of the stick. Still can someone explain to me how on earth we winded up in Rukia's house and not Ichigo's bedroom. The story really doesn't make sense and it wasn't even a proper full closure to the story.
