Entirely Gilbert abuse episode after being hoard around bunch of a girls... Never should have become the Raven (apparently it doesn't work backwards or forward for someone name, Toriumi). He meets up Oz again and who gets to kick the crap out of him for no apparent, when he ask if he was "hurt"? Then it was Elliot Nightray's turn, swaying his swords towards him.
A drunk Gilbert Nightray... Then again, Toriumi is the Beer Man.
I expect Nii getting the same treatment on the parallel side of the Saiyuki World.
