I know you are, but ... but... it works so well - which you will see soon! I hope the episode doesn't mess with your vid idea though. :P Even though I wish you were vidding the Wire instead of Farscape - I want to be pimped properly into that show, and Farscape does nothing for me.

At the end when the lights started flickering? My heart was in my throat. I thought that it was SAM.

I had the same thought for a second, but then we would have ACTUALLY GOTTEN SOMEWHERE!!! I'm convinced that Sam needs to accept the job as demon leader, get his powers back ten fold, and then and only then can he kick the ass of the demon who wants Dean's soul.

I WANT Sam to make the lights flicker... while randomly stripping himself of his clothing. :)

Oh thank goodness. I thought I was just off because I had issues with so many things in this episode too. I loved the things you loved but it just felt - I don't know. Like they tried to cram too much in with the mythology and Ruby origins and also just kind of grabbed a witches bad theme and built around it.

Or maybe I've seen too many episodes of Charmed!

Either way, you mentioned lots and lots of good things. I didn't dislike it by any means. I was just not blown away and I think you nailed many of the reasons.

Faith/Buffy - Ruby/other demon - hee! Good comparison.
