My fake plants died because I did not pretend to water them.
OK, its daytime now, and I can see well enough to type. I just can't remember what was so important last night that I was going to write about it.
I mean, I had just gotten back from Bennigan's, as it was a Thursday night so I was there. Soren, Brit, and I were really pumped about Pearl Jam / Tom Petty, as well we should be since it's going to be just about the ultimate concert experience. Apparently, everybody in the carpool has an iPod, so there will probably be some on-the-road fighting as to whose iPod gets to be hooked up. Then, somehow we started talking about who was wearing the cheapest clothes. I had one of my free Napoleon Dynamite shirts, so I managed to edge out Soren.
Also, Andy is apparently pissed at me because I didn't want to live with him in the house he was looking at. I mean, I can see why, but in all seriousness 1) that house sucked, 2) I'm already living here, 3) he brought it up at the last minute, since he has until the end of this month (like, a week) to find a new place after Dean and Swen backed out on him, and 4) that house was pretty shitty. I know I brought up the house's shittiness twice, but come on. The clothes washer/dryer were in the kitchen. The one bathroom was in an annoyingly placed corner of the house, and it had no showerhead. I could tell it was going to leak heat during the winter like a motherfucker. The third bedroom was a glorified closet. There's no driveway or garage, so it's on-street parking only. And I'm pretty certain the woman who lived there before, with her really-fucking-annoying rat children was a prostitute, a crack (or, knowing this town, meth) addict, or both.
And I'd be paying MORE than I would pay here if I found a roommate, which may happen soon. No thanks.
I can't find my guitar tuner. I've looked all over for it, but it's nowhere. It was free, though, so I may actually go buy a better one soon. Then I can finish my song. And then probably make more until I've completed my first album, then I suppose I'll start my world tour.
