Today, I made a good impression at my very first lecture by stumbling down the stairs in a drunken manner and falling over under the desk when the course leader asked all BA students to stand up. Now, it's off to register with the GP who hopefully won't give me a once-over with the breathalyser.
People here have no dress sense. If I see one more woman in a frilly pleated skirt in a horrid colour like mint green, suede calf-length boots and an '_____ is my homegirl' t-shirt, I'm contemplating homicide. It's something I've been contemplating a lot this week.
