Facial injuries, and then also some facial injuries

Once upon a time, a Smithsonian magazine and I shared a bathroom together. The cover story was completely amazing, and I'm pleased to find that it's not only on the internet in its entirety, but it also includes silent video footage!

Inspired, I attempted to delve further into this topic, and wound up once again at the Army Medical Corps' clinical studies website. I'm a little dumbfounded by the medical community's ability to say, "Ah, I see you got your face shot off. We can fix that." Dumbfounded, and impressed.

Soldiering on, I came to a Baghdad Journal page documenting civilian casualties and structural damage. There's nothing really interesting about this link, I'd just prefer not to be the only person subjected to the little boy with the burned arms.

This internet experience totally ruined my rhubarb crumble.
