List of Goals:

PS3 is already complete. After a much delayed wait, I finally have it in my grasp. And it was WELL worth the wait! It looks and sounds amazing. The was a couple points of worry though. When I opened the box there was no USB cable to  hook up the controller. So the first night I just got to look at the console. The next night I got the cable and FINALLY got to play it. Then the following day I accidentally erased all the progress I made on the game. Oops. The next night (last night) I went to the Swansea Mall with Kayla and Zoe and picked up an optical sound cable so I could connect my PS3 to my surround sound. Zoe was horrible. We had some decent, cheap Chinese food from "Chinese Food" (actual name, no lie). When I got home I tried hooking up the cable, but it wasn't working. Boy was I bummed. After investigating for awhile I found out that I needed to change the audio settings on the PS3 so it recognized the cable and what I wanted to do with it. After that it worked perfectly and for the first time ever I can play video games in surround sound!!
My goal these next 2 weeks is to get some insurance for me and Zoe, try to find her a reliable babysitter, and survive with just $30 to my name.

Next paycheck (Oct. 17) I NEED to get a new phone. The hearing speaker on mine is fizzing out, so I can't hear the beginning of the phone conversation (ie the ringing and the person picking up). I also want to get another game and purchase my first blu-ray DVD, which will most likely be "The Fifth Element". God I love that movie. I also wanna pick up a new pair of shoes (I've been eyeing these Macbeths at Journey's) and maybe get a Halloween costume. I'm also gonna get my car inspected and start trying to sell it. Anybody interested? $1300.

Next paycheck and on: hopefully I'll have a new car by then. I'm gonna start saving up for a an apartment/dream car.

Here's to hoping things get better!
