"352!! THERE ARE 352 FEET IN A YARD!" I seriously can't believe how stupid people are
Taking a break from my boring report to write a quick entry.

Anyway, onto the entry... Noel and I went to Fort Myers for Father's Day, this weekend. I hadn't spent Father's Day with my dad in like five years. See, my mom's birthday is always the same weekend, so it gets a little difficult with them living on opposite sides of the state. It was a pretty good weekend, for the most part. We went to the beach, took Dad out to lunch (along with Raquel, Jackie, and Johnny), hung out by the pool, barbecued, and watched Letters from Iwo Jima (which was very good). Noel drove half of the way there and all the way back. He loves driving my car and my back was hurting, so it worked out pretty well :)
We got back yesterday afternoon. I caught up on some TV (where my subject line came from... if you watch "Are you smarter than a 5th grader?") and watched Flags of our Fathers. I am glad I watched them both so close together. They are set up differently, but some of the scenes are almost identical. Both very good movies... I was impressed. I preferred Letters from Iwo Jima, though... but I think that's just because I like to see "the other side of the story".
Otherwise, life is okay... well, better than okay, tbh. I'm at an "above average" point in my life right now. I sent my RSVP for Carrie's wedding today... yay!
