celebrations!
i've been wanting to write for a while, but i haven't actually found the time (?) to sit down and actually write an entry.
autumn came into town this past week, and it was some of the best times i've had in a while. spilled wine and premeire invites. "get up-a, get on up" and the pinot greege. talking to crazy men with wrinkles in bar cover bands. unimpressed with him, but highly impressed at the amount of objects that can fit undetected in my cleavage. gum in the street and morning starbucks runs. hungover 8 hour work shift, greys anatomy, saddle ranch bullriding blur with a carafe of mai tais. barneys beanery with old and new friends, "the video," the steve urquel beers, almost getting locked out of the parking structure, regards from sweet potato grigio, ranch daniels, burrito mcvodka, margarita von french fry, and mcdonalds mcvodka. oh, and who could forget riki tiki tembo no sa rembo chari bari rucci pip peri pembo. and his brother chang.
amazing times with amazing friends. i love them all.
p.s. i got a real job!!! at a commercial editing facility in santa monica called "lost planet." 32k plus benefits, and my title is "client services specialist"..ie asskisser, but it should be a great time. i'm moving to santa monica in a month. and part of my job is to play with a german shepard puppy named axl.
it's all happening. things are finally coming together.
