Knott's Scary Farm, Halloween, Monastic, and Lake Arrowhead...

To begin, I left Knott's Scary Farm for good. I chose to not recieve a rehire card for next year and left a week before the end of the run. I had a miserable time and there is nothign I can really say good about the whole experience. As much as I may have enjoyed past years, this was a big waste of time.

Halloween was amazing. I had the pleasure of dancing at Ruin as the Evil Queen from Snow White. Heather (Sleeping Beauty) and I really had a wonderful evening and I was so happy to end such a horrible month with something so beautiful and rewarding.

In less then two weeks there is a MONASTIC performance at Perversion. I am looking forward to this show since it will be a full-set and I will have Rose joining us as a vocalist, Mishy as another fusion dancer, and much more.
This is the last of the "Facing East" cycle for Monastic. While most of the music has been inspired by India, Middle East, Greece, and Africa, I am planning on moving north for future shows. There is a December 6th performance in Glendale, which will begin "The Journey North" theme, which will have musical and visual inspiration from Ireland, Scottland, Russia, and Romania. The show will be very 'wintery' and different from what MONASTIC has been doing, but I feel it fits the concept of Monastic (always moving towards the divine in various cultures)

Viktor and I are still very excited about moving to Lake Arrowhead in January. I long to be close to nature, close to animals, and in a place where it snows, but not too much. I love that it is not too far from Los Angeles and other place too, for Monastic and my own social needs.

We are looking for a puppy. Both Viktor and I are planning on adopting a Siberian Husky, which I would have been opposed to if we remained down here, but up in the colder climates it is perfect and I truly love that breed.
I have sent emails to animal shelters about my search for a female husky at 1 or younger (for training purposes) I have trained dogs before and I know that it is very important to have them at a year or younger for domestication and to set yourself as the alpha male.
It has been a long time since I have had a dog and I am more excited about that then anything, but also nervous, like an expectant parent.

Other then this information, my work and life has been well and I hope it will remain such. I just need to move very soon and as my birthday creeps up on me, I long for change and am happy that I have complete closure with some parts of my life, which were really stupid (like haunt)
