Students, students! Attention! [Claps.] I have an announcement to make! It is this week's art assignment, so please pay close attention to my instructions! HEADS UP!
Well... I think I would like to. [Translation for Tear: I really want to!]
I suppose I could give it a try, but I can't guarantee that I'm any good with children.
Thank you.
[The truth is, however, that Tear has plenty of experience tolerating whining teenagers (nevermind that she's a teenager herself). A few children probably wouldn't be that much of a challenge to assist. But she doesn't know that. Yet.]
((OOC: I wonder if the eggs have been hardboiled. XD))
The more I think about it, the more I see this as a really puzzling game...
[Tear held up an egg with care and examined it thoughtfully.] Um. How do you keep the eggs from breaking? If you're rough with them, won't they crack?
Maybe the challenge of keeping the egg intact is part of the experience?
((Next they'll be having egg races. Pfft. In Tear's defense, she doesn't cook often, so she wouldn't know much about eggs, other than they're edible and that birds and monsters lay them, of course.))
((Going under the assumption that Shinigami is providing the eggs, I have to say: I have no idea. Assume they're hardboiled so we don't...deal with messes.))
[You now have Tear fretting nervously, trying not to break one of the poor eggs which shouldn't break in the first place (although it'd be amusing if it broke anyway). Maybe.]
This game is a lot harder than it looks...
[Tear fishes for a paint brush. She dips it in the girliest color of paint she can find - probably pink. And begins the painstaking process of carefully applying a thin layer of color to the shell of the egg.]
[She's getting a bit distracted now. And why wouldn't she? She's being watched by a God of Death whom she has tried hard to not group in the "ghost" category, but that now is watching her in a somewhat frightening manner. Not to mention she dislikes people staring intently at her anyways.]
U-um. Am I that fascinating to watch...?
This is a little uncomfortable. Nothing's going to jump out and yell "boo" is it?
[Smiles weakly.] It can't be both "yes" and "no" at the same time.
[Tear returns her attention back to the egg with an effort, using a smaller brush to paint on some wavy lines that vaguely resemble vines or something. Something. She's no artist, but at least her hand is steady.]
[She sighs, holding the egg carefully at the poles so it can dry.]
I won't break it... in fact, I think it's finished. Perhaps.

If you'd like, you can participate! Cute little eggs and help paint them with the children!
I don't intend to seclude anyone~

Concentrate and be gentle, Tear.

[Shinigami watches closely and silently. Very, very closely and silent, aside from saying JIIIIIII out loud while he stares.]

Wait a minute!
Just how many of these do I need to make, Mr. Shinigami?
Oh, that's right... didn't I hear something about "hiding" them...? That would mean...
