It's taken me days to come up with a thesis and then I find out all I really have to say is "The Youth Criminal Jstice Act is doing its job of preventing you crime in Canada." Thats all it pretty much had to be! Plus my 2 points of being: it keeps youth out of court and focuses on rehabilitation.

I hate this paper!!
