Mm... Vaati-shan was gone, and returned a few weeks ago; Kozue as well. Neither was tremendously communicative about the experience upon their return.

Vaati and Kozue have power. Beatrice is a mortal, albeit sharp-witted for the average. Unless she has potential that she is unaware of. In this place it's entirely possible.

[Stares out the window in silence for about a minute.]

My apologies. I assumed you were as bored as the rest of us. If you have more pressing matters to attend to, I will of course allow you to carry about your business.

How very gracious of you to allow me my business. But I'm not quite sure I see how reciting lengthy lists for someone else's edification is likely to ease my boredom. That's more along Ark's lines than mine.
