[RL in the Underworld--A pomeranian does not Cerebus make, really.]

Dec 20, 2008 18:06

[It's been a while since Blackout's been human, even longer since he's been in Hades' underworld, and longer still since he's had to die to get there. He shivers off the ethereal discomfort of the fact and kicks out at a couple of shades creeping too close for comfort, before making his way to Hades' home. He was listening intently for the high- ( Read more... )

[Bonecrusher, the cutest and most lovable Pomeranian to ever be artificially created out of a Decepticon, is busy taking out his frustration on everything around him. This? This form? No, this is unacceptable. Unfortunately, every Transformer he's been able to contact sucks. So, to try and calm himself down, Bonecrusher takes to chasing, snapping at, and barking at everything within his range - moving and unmoving alike.

Yeah. This sucks.]

[Thankfully enough, it makes him easy to find, and Blackout localizes the noise with little difficulty. Careful to stay well away from the pool of the dead in front of the building, he walks right into the God of Death's home like he belongs there.

...And doesn't remember it nearly as well as he would have hoped, the memories blurred by the human version of high grade. Hmm. He'd have to do this the 'wandering around' way, then.

He starts poking his head into rooms, looking for the source of the barking.]

[One thing that Bonecrusher can at least semi-tolerate (in his own, hateful way) is that dog-hearing isn't that bad. Actually, it's pretty slagging good, so he can hear someone tromping around.

He barrels out of the room he had been being annoying in, pinpoints the source of the intrusion, and tries to say, "Who the frag are you and are you going to do anything to help me out here?"

Instead, all that comes out is angry, high-pitched yapping.

Slag.]

[--Well, that was easier than he'd hoped. He crosses his arms and looks down at the little dog, one eyebrow arched (not that the human expression would mean much to him, in all likelihood).] You look just like Scorponok the first time he was changed like this.

I think he handled it better.

[Bonecrusher just growls at Blackout. It's not hard for him to pin that obnoxiously dry, formal tone to the human form and draw the conclusion that it's Blackout, but it's annoying to think that he handles this kind of thing better than Bonecrusher.]

Rrrrap!

[...He wishes that the vocalizer in dogs was at least moderately workable, so he could tell Blackout that he hates him, his little pet, and wants to go home right. Now.]

[Somehow, Blackout understands most of the sentiment, a result of his long acquaintance with Bonecrusher, or his experience with sentient, shape-changed dogs, or, most likely, a combination of both.]

In retrospect, I should have brought him with me. You'd have someone to play with~

["I'm going to kill you!" turns into:]

Rrrap! YAPYAPYAPYAP rrrRAP!

[Since that doesn't sound quite right, Bonecrusher takes it a step up - he leaps at Blackout and bites his shoe. Take that!]

[Blackout flinches, heart speeding up involuntarily in his chest and making him scowl. Stupid out-of-control body. He yanks his foot away, not gently.] Get off.

[Bonecrusher goes tumbling muzzle-over-tail, yelping, then gets to his feet, growls again, and snaps his teeth at the human. He doesn't notice the involuntary butt-wriggle he does before he leaps for Blackout again - but instead of grabbing hold again, he ends up bonking his head on Blackout's leg.

"This fragging sucks!"]

RRRAPYAPYAPYAP!!

[His leg comes up, automatic and defensive, when Bonecrusher springs for him, and he hops back a step awkwardly trying to compensate. He's tempted to try to kick the little ball of fluff, but restrains himself. So far, Bonecrusher hasn't done anything more than be annoying.

Still, he backs off a step or two, scowling now.] Would you shut up for a nanoclick?

[Bonecrusher stares at Blackout. Really? Is he really going to ask that of Bonecrusher?]

Rrrrraap.

[...All right, he'll play your game, Blackout, but Primus help you if you don't get him fixed.]

[He hesitates a moment; then, carefully, kneels, to be closer to the little Decepticon-cum-Pomeranian's level.] I warned you they were dangerous. [He pauses, as if he's gonna leave it there, then thinks better of it.] But they can be reasonable, too, this breed of organic.

[Bonecrusher breaks out into another round of barks, though he's toned it down a little, in his attempt to say: "Are you serious? You warned me that they were mech-lovers, not crazy and able to turn me into a furball!"]

[There's a hint of a smirk on his lips.] Perhaps I should have elaborated. [He's so tempted to reach out and pet him, but for the moment, he manages to resist the urge.]

["Maybe you should have, glitchface!" Bonecrusher does his best to sit and cross his arms, but he looks more like he's begging. "Well?"]

Rrruff.

[He snickers.] At least like this you're cute. [Clearly, though he fully intends to find Hades and convince him to turn the other Decepticon back, he's not above continuing to make fun.]
