Hmn. Scorponok needs more maintenance than I'd anticipated. A full diagnostic revealed no immediate cause for this ridiculously high rate of fuel expenditure; I suspect it may be the quality of the alloys and parts used in rebuilding him. Wasn't able to refine anything appropriately before applying it, hnh.
I should be able to monitor stats from my own arm while I'm here and compare it to Scorponok's--while not a direct benchmark, the reconstruction in the limb is just as embarrassingly cobbled-together as his tail. It should give me an idea whether this is to be expected, due to the quality of the repairs, or whether I should be seeking...alternate explanations.
Hnh. My symbiont's actions of late have me increasingly...concerned. To be expected, to an extent; he isn't my original drone, so it's not surprising the synchronization between our systems isn't flawless. But this...initiative he demonstrated, demanding my return from Eros...
Troubling.
It can't be because he...misses me. Surely the urge is nothing more than a...bizarre manifestation of his self-preservation protocol. He needs me to survive. Nothing more.
...
Eros, I need some time here. Do you require my immediate return, or can I stay?
((Blackout's musings on Scorponok spun off from things the Doctor, Al, and Maya said to him in IC chat~. If you guys aren't cool with that chat being included in-game-canon, let me know and I'll edit appropriately. And no, I don't know why he's being this talkative either.))
