Leaves that are green
I've been liking these recent Sinfest cartoons, like this one 'ere, and this one 'ere.
Not that Reapers would trouble themselves with something as trivial as leaves falling.
I mean, you wouldn't expect to see an army of blokes with cloaks and scythes getting busy every time some geezer has a bit of dandruff, eh?
And Reapers, well, they're strictly animal kingdom, ain't they?
Can't rightly reap the soul of petunia, can they?
But I won't go into that 'ere.
Some Smart Alec always comes out with, "But what about mushrooms - they're not plants," or some nonsense about tomatoes having feelings.
Get a life, says I.
It's too short to be worrying about bleedin' salad.
