Zachary Paul Bass

Death is not sad, it's natural. What is sad are those who have never lived a day in their life.
This was not the story of Zach Bass.
I think we can all remember as an explorer, an exhibitionist, a warrior, a creator, a mentor, an artist, a friend, a brother.
We had so many great memories together and so many groundbreaking philosophical conversations.
In those precious moments, he has taught me many important virtues.
But the most important thing he has shared is how to listen.
Not just listen to hear.
But how to listen and then create.
That boy heard music everywhere - in everything -- in the beating of a heart, the rhythmic chewing from a person, the sounds of footsteps echoing.
Even in deep peace could he hear a vibration.
That vibration exists within us and throughout the universe.
Zach's soul lives on everywhere! :-)
And so, I'd like for all of us to carry on the magic that he has shown us. In the wise words of Zach Bass, "Open your ears and your mind to the rhythm. And you will find what you're looking for".
I, thank you, Zach for shining your light into this world.
"Rhythm needs no reason."
Shine on brother...
Shine on!
