Vash: Some kid he prevented from shooting Rhode and thus getting hurt badly himself
Ed: Ed likes Nishi, weirdly. It might be because, to him, Nishi is hilariously non-threatening. He can't take Nishi's death SERIOUSLY because... Nishi dies so much. Ed HATES DEATH but even he knows it hits a point where it's just ridiculous. But he seriously can't figure out why anyone would kill Nishi. He's a dick, sure, but there are bigger ones, more violent ones, ones harder to deal with. Nishi is tiny, a coward and it's not at all hard to make fun of him without getting to the LET'S KILL EACH OTHER point.
Ed still remembers Nishi as someone Winry took care of though, which is basically why Ed will never seriously threaten him >D
Ticky: A friend of Allen Walker's, remarkably prudent. Ticky might have felt a little bad about little Rhode off him out of no where. He'd probably like him in a general sense, for the same reason he likes Marvin. He's amusing.
Dante: Dante still remembers Nishi as that kid he gave that one useless gun to, but they haven't talked in a long time and Dante's memory isn't the best ever. He knows he LIKES him, he's familiar enough with seeing him around camp that he'd talk with him comfortably, he just... can't remember the exact details of why he likes him. But, that's not a big deal to Dante >D
