The Good News
The really good news:
I have a piece of paper with my old landlord's signature on it that says that the lease agreement has been terminated. He said he'd get my depsit in the mail by the tenth.
The other good news:
We're making progress unpacking the new place. There have been some appliance glitches, but it'll work itself out.
For the most part, I'm just relieved to put all of the extreme stresses of my old apartment behind me. It's going to be a really good thing.
