A Story Chapter 7

Mar 19, 2010 21:21

Name: A Story
Description: The Writer finds the main character in reality [Meaning: The main character sneaked out of fantasy and went into reality.]
Chapter 7: How Does That Make Sense?
[This is my new chapter. I was supposedly going to post chapter 6 earlier to make this, but I forgot. Lol :P]
Before we start, this chapter is contained in the story, and is not an extra. OF COURSE IT IS!

"Well, let's visit the florist to get an apology from him. Would you want to?" Kyu Jong finally asked.
"Yes, an immediate apology is acceptable." Jung Min said.
"Then let's go!"
They both went out of the apartment, [Kyu Jong closed the door of the apartment and locked it with his automatic lock button] and they went to the elevator.
"So, don't you think you and Noona should pick the flowers, too?"
"Well, since you just said that, how about you choose the flowers when we're at the flower shop? The florist has the most beautiful flowers you can find in JeonJu. She said some of the magic was from Seoul."
"Of course! Her sons live there, so she probably asks them to get some for her, since she can't get them herself." Jung Min said.
"But she doesn't speak like I do, you can probably wonder the fact that she lives in Seoul by now."
"Maybe she did, and stress in Seoul got to her so she left Seoul and went here!"
"Seoul has stress?"
"Yes, and it's in the most unthinkable place you can be at!"
They got to the first floor, and walked out of the elevator.
"The flower shop is just across the street, where my car is at. Sometimes I buy flowers because they're just really beautiful, and I decorate them in my car."
"So, you like flowers." Jung Min laughed a bit.
"No, I just think of them as a break from writing."
"I wonder if you could write me a fanfic, but you're a pro writer, so it's kind of embarrassing."
"Fanfic about?"
"Nothing, that was when I first met a writer at a coffee shop. I was still a kid by that time. Actually, I was 8."
"How old are you exactly? Are you older than Eun Hee?"
Jung Min laughed. "Older? You ignored the fact that I called her Noona, right? I'm really younger than you would expect. I bet I'm younger than you. Of course I am! I know your birthday!" He laughed loudly.
"Really?"
"By two months, though." Jung Min stopped laughing.
"Welcome to the Flower shop! How may I help you?" Ki Bum said.
"We'd like to look for flowers, please." Kyu Jong said.
"Okay. Tell me when you're done." Ki Bum politely said.
"Isn't that the guy you meant?" Kyu Jong said, playing a prank on Jung Min.
"No, he looks older. Keep looking for the guy with a red shirt!" Jung Min told him.
The florist got out of a room.
"Kyu Jong! It's nice to see you! How have you been?"
"Finer than ever--"
"Mom, hyung broke a pot." Ki Bum said.
"He did?"
"He was too clumsy. I told you he should take my job while I clean the pots!"
"Well, tell him that he should greet customers instead, and you go clean pots." The florist said.
"And he has a wound. We're out of bandage. He's complaining our lack of first aid kits." Ki Bum said, rolling his eyes a bit.
"I have a first aid kit." Jung Min immediately said.
"Good, now let's go to the Pot room and cover his wound."
Kyu Jong laughed, knowing Jung Min would do something to Hyung Jun.
Jung Min followed Ki Bum.
"Oh, he's using this as an advantage." Kyu Jong said to the florist.
"Why?"
"Hyung Jun bumped into him and probably didn't apologize. He got angry, but went to me." Kyu Jong explained.
Hyung Jun got out, his wound covered with bandage.
"Mom, sorry for breaking the pot." Hyung Jun looked down.
"It's okay." The florist said.
Kyu Jong received a text message from Young Saeng.
"Hey, Kyu Jong. How's it doing with the chatterbox? Good luck."
Kyu Jong laughed at the message, then hid his cellphone when Jung Min walked out of the room, without the first aid kit.
"Kyu Jong, have you ever had the smallest first aid kit? It's the size of a cellphone, but with useful items. Think of it, you can bring it anywhere without worrying where to put it!" Jung Min showed the first aid kit.
Kyu Jong looked at the first aid kit. The bandage was in there with ease, so are other items.
"Wow. Where did you get it?"
"Made it myself with a cellphone case and my old big first aid kit." Jung Min explained, looking at the first aid kit.
"You should sell these kind of things, people would buy them!"
"Nah, not up for selling." Jung Min said. "And Park Jung Min's no sharer to his own ideas."
"Really?"
"Yeah."
"Are you okay?" Kyu Jong looked at Jung Min's temperature, it was hot.
"How'd you know I had a fever?" Jung Min asked him.
"You're awfully quiet." Kyu Jong said. "And from what I HEARD, you would sell the first chance you get it."
"Not really, I just don't think people are interested in this portable first aid kit."
Kyu Jong pointed at Hyung Jun.
"What?"
"Well," Kyu Jong went to Hyung Jun. "He said you bumped into him and didn't apologize. One of the reasons why he's here with me is because he wants an apology."
"But he didn't watch where he was going!" Hyung Jun complained.
"You should still apologize because you don't have manners!" Jung Min told him.
"I thought this would be easy. I see a little rivalry here."
"How would you know?!" The two asked him.
"Er, nothing. As I wrote in some of my stories, the most who fights are those who will soon be best friends."
"What? You expect me to be close to someone..." His eyes looked up and down Hyung Jun. "who has no manners?!"
"If this were a story, then that would be yes. Now, think of it, Jung Min. When you were a kid, haven't you read stories of rivals becoming best friends?"
"A lot."
"But this isn't a story, brother-in-law."
"I know there's no story. Luckily you're a guy or else you two could have a chance together."
"Brother-in-law, stop talking like that." Jung Min's voice was serious and angry.
"Sorry." Kyu Jong went back to the flowers.
Kyu Jong completely ignored the fight behind him.
His phone rang.
"Hello?"
"Hey. How's it--why's it so noisy there like you're in a bar?"
"Two people fighting. Arguing about why someone didn't apologize after they bumped into the person."
"Okay. Seems like a useless reason to fight."
"I know. Like in stories, the rivals will turn out to be best friends. But it other stories, there's, well, more to it."
"Like what? Stories of rivals falling in love?" Jung Min asked him on his left side and Hyung Jun on the right side.
"Er, yeah."
The two looked at themselves and laughed loudly.
"That's just a story. Be a bit realistic!"
"I think that's the conditions of a Writer."
"Maybe it is!"
Kyu Jong just covered his ears and silently disappeared.
The two then agreed with everything they said. What a weird friendship.
"I wonder...what DOES it feel like being written? Probably tiring. You can't write lots of chapter about all of us falling in love, that's just plain stupid." Kyu Jong said to himself. He went to his car and wrote in his blog.
"To new writers," he wrote. "be sure to be inspired and don't stop writing no matter how boring it is! Good luck!"
