multitude of casualties
it's almost funny, the things someone will believe until proven otherwise.
almost.
because it's not actually funny at all.
just like when you hit your elbow and you squirm in pain, and someone asks you if you hit your funny bone.
that's really not funny.
and neither are the ideas in one's mind.
i believe in innocent until proven guilty in all aspects.
even after being proven guilty, i tend to allow the guilt of others to fall on myself, and welcome them back whole-heartedly.
it isn't forgiveness, but naivette.
but i beg that i am forgiven for my naivity.
and though i don't care what anyone thinks, i do.
why should i believe a word you say?
i know i'll be disappointed either way.
