my first client this morning, an 18-year-old female, recognized chris on my monitor's wallpaper. she was funny. "that's not nsync you have on your computer" she said as i opened up a browser.
it's an old-school image of him...maybe 5-6 years ago, maybe 10. i giggled, "oh you recognize that guy?" she laughed, shaking her head. "i can't believe you have his picture up there."
with three rapid-succession clicks, i brought up three more pics, set to open up perfectly placed to surround chris' dreamy countenance. she continued to laugh in disbelief. she said that she had a magazine full of their pictures she would bring me if i wanted. i said, "yeah!" and then i pulled her attention back to our work at hand.
*later, pondering wallpaper* mmmm. i do love the young ones...but then, who doesn't?
