during a one-on-one with the boss this afternoon, i brought up my special interest non-client twice. at the end of our conversation the topic of a particular disability came up. i said yeah, that's the problem my non-client has and admitted that i planned to continue providing him job leads anyway. she, the boss, immediately talked about priorities and i said i understood that. her next tactic was to say that we, in the business, take on these special cases and get overwhelmed with the totality of it all and i said, "not necessarily." she gave me a narrow-eyed look - she does this when she thinks - and asked if he had computer skills. i enthusiasticly responded, "yes! he has excellent computer skills." so she told me to enroll him in another program and let that program's manager know that i would work the case.
